Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations in a dynamic waterpark environment. You will ensure staffing, scheduling, and training compliance while upholding safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years progressive experience in hotel, waterpark, or related field.
• 1+ year in administration or office environment.
• Knowledge of Waterpark operations preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and computer applications.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to obtain Lifeguard Certification promptly and instructor certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing levels and ensure shifts are covered and ready.
• Schedule and interview waterpark candidates.
• Ensure pre-hire to on-the-job training compliance.
• Maintain documentation for discipline and records.
• Manage time clock entries and payroll corrections.
• Maintain organized administrative and office areas.
• Support coordination and assist with higher-level duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of associate records and safety for guests.
