Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Woodford, VA is seeking a Park Services Manager to lead and oversee waterpark sanitation and associate supervision. You will manage daily tasks, coach staff, and ensure guest areas remain clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and exceptional guest service aligned with our Promise to Lead with Love. Prior waterpark or aquatic facility experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Prior experience in a large waterpark, aquatic facility, or recreational operations environment strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness of waterpark general areas and restrooms.
• Coordinate daily tasks for Park Services team and provide coaching to associates.
• Communicate task status and safety concerns to management.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for Park Services candidates.
• Ensure training and documentation standards are met for Park Services staff.
