Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure lifeguard performance meets Ellis & Associates standards. You will manage scheduling and safety protocols for guest protection across pools and waterslides.

The role requires 1–2 years lifeguard experience, Ellis certification, and strong leadership. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Evening/weekend availability is expected at this busy park.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years lifeguard experience preferred.
• Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training completed before lifeguard duties.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• No formal education required for this supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Aquatics team operations and any other assigned departments.
• Lead by example, attitude, and as a representation of Adventureland's core values.
• Act as mentor and coach to Lifeguards and backfill positions when needed.
• Become knowledgeable of essential duties of all aquatics and lifeguarding roles.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, training, and performance coaching.
• Ensure lifeguard rotations meet Ellis & Associates standards.
• Maintain guest safety and respond calmly to emergencies.
