Massanutten Resort is seeking a WaterPark Guest Services Agent for the WaterPark. You will be the first friendly face for guests, assisting with check-in, providing wristbands, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help with retail sales, admissions, and answering calls while sharing information about the WaterPark and resort amenities.

Knowledge of company core values is important. Previous public-facing experience is preferred, and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a timely manner.
• Assist guests in learning about WaterPark and resort amenities.
• Answer incoming calls to the WaterPark and direct them to the proper location.
• Process purchases of retail and admissions through Siriusware Point of Sale.
• Reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
