Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a WaterPark Guest Supervisor for the Light Up the Park seasonal program. You will assist guests with check-in, ensure correct admission, and help operate the light show while delivering friendly service.

This part-time role requires you to be at least 16, be available in the evenings and on weekends, and to manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reports with support from the WaterPark Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Attendant staff delivering guest services for Light Up the Park.
• Complete opening and closing duties for daily operations.
• Oversee admission processing through Siriusware POS and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
