Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Waterpark Park Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning of waterpark areas, maintain high sanitation standards, and lead a team of associates during and after hours.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll motivate and coach staff, ensure guest safety, and embody our Promise to Lead with Love while delivering extraordinary guest experiences across our resort facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline associates per SOPs.
• Clean all general waterpark areas during and after hours.
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness across waterpark, pools, showers, and bathrooms.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.

Waterpark Park Services Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Park Services Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and all general areas in the waterpark both during and after hours and is expected to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Motivate, coach, teach, train, counsel and discipline associates according to Kalahari SOPs.
• Clean all general areas in the waterpark
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
