Job summary

Massanutten WaterPark is seeking a self-motivated Custodian to maintain public areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces with attention to detail. Training is provided for the right candidate, and a rotating schedule ensures coverage across shifts.

The role requires basic cleaning knowledge, reliability, and at least 18 years old. Benefits include medical vision, dental, and retirement options, with uniforms supplied.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, windows, locker area, retail areas, and other areas as assigned.
• Collect trash throughout the building.
• Maintain cleanliness of all floors throughout the building including GEP establishments and all public tile floors.
• Clean and polish exterior of lockers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

Maintain public areas, restrooms, or other assigned areas in clean and orderly condition. Remove trash, vacuum, mopping, stripping and polishing, etc. Practices safe work habits through the appropriate use of chemicals, equipment and cleaning applications. (Will train the right candidate).

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience preferred, but will train
• Attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of cleaning methods, material, and equipment (Preferred)
• Proficient in the use of custodial equipment and cleaning supplies (Preferred)

Days: Rotating Four‑Week Schedule

• Week One: Monday through Friday | Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Week Two: Monday, Thursday through Sunday | Off: Tuesday & Wednesday
• Week Three: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday | Off: Monday & Friday
• Week Four: Monday through Thursday, & Sunday | Off: Friday & Saturday

Hours:

• 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Compensation

• Pay: $12.77/Hour
