Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, responsive service and craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for guests. The role includes stocking, safety, and adherence to high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced bar environment.

Must be 21+, with flexible availability and a background check; prior bartending experience is a plus. Pay starts at $7.00 per hour with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Previous bartending training/experience preferred.
• Understanding of sanitation-related issues and proper beverage preparation cleanliness.

Aufgaben

• Serves customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, cocktails, juices, etc.
• Prepares garnishes and mixes drinks for guests according to recipes.
• Assesses customer needs and preferences and makes recommendations.
• Maintains attractive and orderly bar appearance through bottle and glassware arrangement.
• Ensures bar area adheres to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Prepares, cleans, and maintains draught beer equipment; connects couplings to beer barrels and to faucet.
• Enforces standards for alcohol consumption and complies with regulations; monitors customers and arranges alternate transportation if needed.
• Maintains supplies through ordering, requisitioning, or restocking snacks, liquors, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages; replaces kegs.
• Enhances skillset through education opportunities; stays updated on industry trends; experiments with new cocktail recipes.
• Performs cash-handling functions, including POS system, registers, and daily reporting.
