Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, cocktails, juices, etc.
• Prepares garnishes and mixes drinks according to recipes.
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain attractive and orderly appearance of bar area.
• Ensure bar area adheres to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Maintains draught beer equipment and keg connections.
• Ensure safe bar environment and comply with regulations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and manage service accordingly.
• Maintain bar supplies and restock beverages as needed.
• Learn and stay updated with industry trends and new recipes.
• Handle cash and POS operations.
