Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, responsive service, craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain a clean, inviting bar area.

You will monitor inventory, assist with stocking, follow safety and legal requirements, and help guests enjoy a fun, safe experience. Hiring immediately for full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts; wage starts at $9 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepares garnishes and mixes drinks for guests according to recipes.
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain attractive and orderly appearance of bar area through arrangement of bottles & glassware.
• Ensure bar area adheres to highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Monitor customers' alcohol consumption and refuse service as necessary; call for alternate transportation when needed.
