Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Connecticut seeks a Park Services Attendant to help maintain the pool area and support guest experiences. You will collect trash, replace towels, and assist with cleaning of decks, locker rooms, and restrooms.

Flexible scheduling is available, including nights and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered through Great Wolf University and other wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area by collecting and disposing of garbage and stocking towels.
• Greet guests and respond to questions or requests.
• Clean decks, locker rooms, and public spaces to ensure neat, orderly appearance.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and sanitized.
• Help keep windows, doors, and surfaces free of fingerprints and smudges.
