Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep the resort's common areas spotless and welcoming. The role involves cleaning public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, the waterpark area, and elevator zones while maintaining safety protocols.

The position offers variable scheduling with full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts. Candidates must pass background checks and drug screening, and be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empties waste receptacles in common areas.
• Reads and comprehends material safety data sheets for all chemicals and uses them according to directions.
• Reports maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicates with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Delivers items to guestrooms as requested and returns them to storage as necessary.
• Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed.
