Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to maintain clean, orderly guest rooms and public areas. The role includes duties such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies to ensure guests can unwind during their stay.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with competitive benefits. Training is provided, and employees gain access to Great Wolf University for on-the-job and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and guest areas: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, replenishing supplies.
• Maintain a stocked, organized housekeeping cart and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety with chemicals according to MSDS and store items securely.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist other housekeeping staff and respond to guest requests promptly.
