Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to maintain clean and orderly guest rooms and public spaces. The role supports guest comfort by ensuring beds are made, bathrooms cleaned, and supplies replenished, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Hire is immediate; roles offered include full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling. Eligible associates access Great Wolf University and participate in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
• Prior experience in housekeeping or related fields is a plus
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including making beds, dusting and vacuuming
• Cleans bathrooms and replaces supplies
• Maintains a stocked, organized housekeeping cart
• Reports maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Communicates with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Conserves energy by closing shades and adjusting climate controls in unoccupied rooms
• Assists other housekeeping staff as needed
