• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Accurately count parts and record production time, completed parts, and scrap in manufacturing software.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout practices as trained.
• Cross‑train on additional manufacturing equipment and processes as needed.

What You'll Do as a Waterjet Operator – 2nd Shift

• Set up and operate waterjet equipment according to job orders and established procedures
• Read and follow manufacturing job orders, work instructions, and basic blueprints
• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure parts meet specifications
• Accurately count parts and record production time, completed parts, and scrap in manufacturing software

What You Need to Bring to the Waterjet Operator – 2nd Shift

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, job orders, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to stand regularly and perform physical, hands‑on work throughout the shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Willingness to work around moving machinery, airborne particles, and heat in a manufacturing environment
