Job summary

Custom Foam Products in Fort Loramie, OH is seeking a dependable Water Jet Technician for the 2nd shift on a four-day work week. You will set up waterjet cutting equipment, read work orders and blueprints, and measure materials with a tape to ensure accuracy.

In this hands-on role you’ll monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating waterjet or CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure, including fractions.
• Able to read blueprints and cut sheets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Water Jet Technician - 2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week)

Location: Fort Loramie, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

This position offers a unique four-day work week, providing a consistent schedule and three-day weekends while working with advanced cutting equipment in a stable manufacturing environment.

• Monday - Thursday
• 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime opportunities available as needed
• Overtime shifts may begin as early as 11:30 AM
