Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, job orders, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate waterjet equipment according to job orders and established procedures.
• Read and follow manufacturing job orders, work instructions, and basic blueprints.
• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Accurately count parts and record production time, completed parts, and scrap in manufacturing software.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout practices as trained.
• Cross‑train on additional manufacturing equipment and processes as needed.
