Responsibilities

• Independently performs moderately difficult engineering computations.
• Uses design software to prepare engineering documents.
• Directs inspection staff on waterfront facility assessment projects.
• Field work required, including nights and weekends.
• Prepares and oversees engineering plan and report development.
• Provides construction support in office and field to ensure design conformance.
• Monitors project schedules and budgets; liaises with clients.
• Ensures accurate client billings and manages accounts receivable.
• Assists in proposal preparation, project scoping, estimating costs, and planning.
• Directs and supervises entry-level engineers, technicians, drafters, and administrative staff.
