Job summary

Collins Engineers is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Waterfront) to lead complex infrastructure projects in the waterfront sector. The role requires deep structural design knowledge and proven leadership to guide teams, manage client relationships, and align delivery with financial and scheduling goals.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, 10+ years of project management experience, and hands-on expertise with waterfront structures, ports, and marinas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• Experience with waterfront structures, ports, marinas; public/municipal clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering calculations and design documents.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure profitability.
• Serve as designated client contact and support business development efforts.
• Attend meetings or events outside of normal working hours.
