Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Restaurant Server to create memorable dining experiences with courteous, efficient service, greeting guests, presenting menus, guiding guests through the menu, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of full-service server experience, excellent communication, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Present menus and explain items, specials, and beverages.
• Guide guests through the menu and relay orders to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly per service standards.
• Anticipate needs and respond to requests or concerns.
• Ensure orders are accurate before delivery.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service.
