Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous, attentive service and create welcoming dining experiences for guests. You will greet guests, present menus, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders.

This role requires at least 2 years of full-service server experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Guide guests through the menu and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
