Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills with military and civilian staff.
• Experience planning budgets, ensuring deliverables, and managing resources.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage contractual requirements and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
• Provide direction and supervision over subordinates, including boat technicians and logistics personnel.
• Develop objectives, budgets and resource allocations to meet contractual obligations.
• Establish policies and guidance; drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct QA checks of maintenance and repair processes and document results.
• Other duties as assigned.
