Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Site Supervisor for Naval Station Pensacola to oversee operations, logistics and maintenance support for CNRSE. You will supervise BOMS personnel and coordinate with military and civilian staff to ensure timely, safe and compliant deliverables.

The role requires five years of waterfront operations experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of harbor operations, boat maintenance, and regulatory standards (ABYC/ABS).

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree related to management, marine transportation or engineering.
• 5 years of relevant waterfront operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract deliverables, budgets, quality and schedule for CNRSE requirements.
• Direct daily duties of BOMS personnel and supervise subordinates including boat technicians and logistics staff.
• Plan objectives, budgets, and allocate resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Establish policies, procedures and guidance for operations and safe practices.
• Drive continuous process improvement across business processes and policies.
• Address employee concerns and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct QA checks of maintenance and repair processes and document findings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
