Grove Bay Hospitality Group's Regatta Grove waterfront restaurant in Coconut Grove, FL is seeking BOH staff to join a world-class kitchen team. Plan, prep, set up, and execute quality menu items while maintaining sanitation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Culinary College Degree.
• 0 to 2 years experience as a Line cook at a 4/5-star restaurant.
• Food handling certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Sanitation certificate. (Preferred)
• Previous Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict sanitation and health compliance across all kitchen areas.
• Set up workstation with mise en place, tools, and supplies per standards.
• Prepare and plate menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to Sous Chef.
• Open and close kitchen shifts according to procedures.
• Assist in plating banquet hot meals and off-premise events as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with Kitchen and F&B staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
