Bayshore Club, part of Grove Bay Hospitality Group, is seeking a Food Runner to join our waterfront restaurant in Coconut Grove. You will support the service team by delivering snacks, clearing tables, and assisting guests with requests.

We value teamwork, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to excellent guest service. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior restaurant experience beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables when servers are busy.
• Respond to guest requests and report complaints.
• Arrange tables for larger groups.
• Keep server station stocked.

Bayshore Club is seeking a Food Runner to join a world-class team at our waterfront restaurant in Coconut Grove! Come elevate your industry experience and work side by side with celebrity chefs.

Responsibilities:

• Serving complimentary snacks to guests once they are seated.
• Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly.
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving guests by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED. (Preferred)
• Proven experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
