Job summary

Hornblower Corp. is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Boston to support customers at ticket booths and boarding locations along the waterfront. You will assist guests with ticketing, provide directions, and help guests find and enjoy City Experiences offerings.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, the ability to work nights and weekends, and familiarity with reservation platforms. This on-site position offers opportunities to engage guests in a dynamic harbor environment.

Qualifications

A sincere interest in learning all aspects of customer service and sales.
Knowledge of the Waterfront area to give directions to area restaurants and attractions.
Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain a high level of organization, detail oriented and meet deadlines.
Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all guests at ticket booths and boarding locations.
Upsell and cross-promote City Experiences products and experiences.
Communicate information on cruise offerings, schedules, availability, and directions to boarding locations.
Maintain composure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Anchor Reservation platform, Dock Access, and ticket redemption system.
