Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a friendly dockside team member for Freedom Boat Club. You will greet members, manage check-ins and provide guidance on local waters while working outdoors at the marina.

The role is part-time, requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred; a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate handheld tablets and manage basic clerical tasks.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests according to standards.
• Address guests' service needs and provide friendly guidance.
• Handle check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Make and answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Keep vessels and marina area clean and organized.
• Prepare reservation logs, fuel records and weather reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with policies.
