Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a leading marine company, is seeking friendly, upbeat part-time team members to greet guests at Freedom Boat Club docks in Sarasota, FL.

You will assist members, manage check-in/out with tablets, perform vessel checks, and support reservation and weather reporting processes.

The role requires weekdays, weekends, and holiday availability; pay is $15 per hour with Brunswick benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Able to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are functional.
• Maintain vessels and club location to company standards.
• Prepare reservation system, fuel logs and weather reports.
