Job summary

Summerset Marine Construction is seeking workers to install and remove piers, boat lifts, and related waterfront structures in Wisconsin. The role involves labor-intensive tasks and requires safety awareness and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean MVR.
• Previous experience in a marine or construction environment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to swim and comfort working on or near water.
• Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery.
• Boaters Safety.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Assist with the installation and removal of piers, boat lifts, and related waterfront structures.
• May load, unload, and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery and manual labor.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
