Summerset Marine Construction in Brussels, WI is seeking a Construction Laborer to install and remove piers, boat lifts and waterfront structures, using hand tools and machinery with safety as a priority.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, ability to swim, and familiarity with hand tools, carpentry and machinery; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean MVR.
• Previous marine/construction experience advantageous.
• Ability to swim and work on/near water.
• Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery.
• Boater's safety.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Assist with the installation and removal of piers, boat lifts, and related waterfront structures.
• May load, unload, and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery and manual labor.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
