Summerset Marine Construction in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on laborer to install and remove piers, docks, boat lifts, and related marine structures. You’ll use hand tools and machinery outdoors, prioritizing safety in all weather.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license (CDL A preferred), ability to swim, and comfort working on or near water. You’ll travel to job sites, lift up to 100 pounds, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a strong team.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required; CDL A preferred.
• Ability to swim and comfort working on or near water.
• Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery is beneficial.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction, maintenance, and dismantling of docks, piers, and other marine structures.
• Load, unload, identify, and distribute materials and equipment for daily operations.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment.
• Perform routine checks on small boats and assist in barges operation.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE for all tasks.
