Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and garnishes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under outdoor conditions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in service.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is required.
• Experience with POS systems for payments and orders.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Take accurate orders and process them efficiently.
• Check IDs to verify legal age for alcohol.
• Keep outdoor bar area clean and organized, including glassware and tools.
• Manage cash register and payments.
• Monitor guest safety and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
