Job summary

Key West Historic Inns Collection in Key West, FL is seeking an outgoing Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, serve beverages with consistency and friendly service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience in hospitality, strong knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
• Previous cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to engage naturally with guests while providing attentive service.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must meet all applicable age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certification preferred or ability to obtain required certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
