Job summary

Havana Cabana Hotel, operated by EOS Hospitality, in Key West, FL, is seeking a bartender to join our pool bar team. You will craft cocktails, maintain fast service, and provide warm, attentive guest experiences at Mojitos and Flama Cabana as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years of bartending in a busy setting, knowledge of cocktails, and comfort with Toast POS. Weekend availability and strong guest service are essential for success in our vibrant resort environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending in high-volume setting.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar terms.
• Comfortable with a POS system (Toast).
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, build cocktails to recipe, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Stock and prep bar during opening and slow periods.
• Manage payment types and handle tips per policy.
• Handle guest issues professionally and escalate to a manager when needed.
