The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender for Blue Mojito Bar, our waterfront destination in Old Town Key West. You will craft cocktails, serve guests, and ensure an exceptional outdoor dining experience amid a vibrant atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring proven bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours include days and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and presentation.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and preferences.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements.
