Job summary

Havana Cabana Hotel, operated by EOS Hospitality, seeks an energetic bartender for Mojitos pool bar and related venues in Key West. You will craft cocktails, maintain stock, and deliver warm, efficient service in a busy resort setting.

Experience with high‑volume service and knowledge of Cuban and Caribbean drinks is ideal. Must hold Florida certifications or obtain within 30 days; weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending in a high‑volume hotel, resort, or bar.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar terminology.
• Comfortable with Toast POS system.
• Florida Responsible Vendor Training or TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol; 30 days to obtain.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong guest service; friendly and efficient in busy times.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Open availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone; read the room and adjust energy.
• Recommend cocktails and guide guests to items on the menu.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock; ensure accurate pours.
• Handle complaints calmly; escalate to a manager when needed.
• Learn new drinks quickly when seasonal menus change.
• Cover shifts at related outlets (Flama Cabana) and banquet bars.
