Job summary

Havana Cabana Hotel in Key West is seeking a friendly, fast-paced bartender for Mojitos pool bar, with occasional shifts at Flama Cabana and on banquet bars. You will mix classic cocktails, maintain inventory, and deliver warm, island hospitality to guests by the pool and at events.

Experience in high-volume resort bars, knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and POS systems (Toast) is preferred. Florida Responsible Vendor certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending in a high-volume environment.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine basics, and standard bar terminology.
• Comfortable using a POS system (Toast).
• Ability to read and communicate in English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, build drinks to recipe, and maintain a clean, stocked bar.
• Handle bar operations during busy periods at Mojitos and Flama Cabana.
• Support banquets and private events on property as needed.
• Follow Florida health and ServSafe standards.
