Qualifications

• Requires the ability to use or repair small/light equipment such as power tools.
• Ability to use or repair medium equipment and machinery, such as vehicles or commercial mowers.
• Ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Ability to use or repair heavy or complex machinery, such as HVAC systems, construction equipment, or water plants.
• Ability to cooperate with fellow employees as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Operates major pieces of machinery and equipment.
• Drives and maintains a truck and performs truck inspections.
• Participates in the on-call rotation every 6 weeks.
• Prepares for severe weather, ice control, and storm damage.
