Job summary

NW Natural Water is seeking a Water/Wastewater System Supervisor to coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and operation of water and wastewater systems. You will supervise multiple crews, set priorities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate asset records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of full-time experience in construction, maintenance, or repair of underground water or wastewater systems, including two years of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, prioritizes, schedules, and evaluates personnel performing water and wastewater installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and servicing.
• Reviews job progress and completed work; helps crews resolve unusual field conditions; verifies work quality and documentation.
• Coordinates emergency repairs, planned shutdowns, materials, inventory, vehicles, equipment, traffic control, and contractor access.
