Job summary

Approach Talent is seeking a field Superintendent for Water and Wastewater projects in the Georgia area. You will oversee on-site crews and coordinate site activities on projects ranging from water treatment to pump stations.

This role is live due to growth within a fully retained team. You will direct trades, manage equipment, materials, and self-perform critical pours and excavation work, ensuring safety and schedule adherence. All conversations confidential.

Responsibilities

• Directing Crews: Supervise all on-site trade labor, subcontractors, and field personnel daily.
• Equipment Management: Coordinate heavy machinery operations, crane lifts, and trenching logistics safely.
• Material Logistics: Oversee delivery, storage, and inventory of critical concrete, piping, and mechanical components.
• Self-Perform Execution: Manage self-performed structural concrete pours, yard piping, and deep excavation work.
