Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new products/solutions to meet customer needs and reduce barriers to sales growth.
• Educate internal associates on customers, products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends through presentations and training sessions.
• Identify and cultivate sales with internal support to grow new and existing accounts.
• Provide technical training to customers and communicate feedback for future product developments.
• Meet with customers to understand evolving needs and position product solutions accordingly.
• Assess application of company products/services and offer solutions meeting requirements.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote product and brand understanding.
