Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 12+ years of experience in a specialized discipline.
• Project management and business development experience; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.
• Establish and grow market presence in the area through marketing and business development.
• Manage financial budget for the department and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead and contribute to the production of proposals.
• Serve as a technical expertise resource to project managers and staff.
• Establish staffing resources and interview/hire section staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide leadership and coaching.
