Job summary

Clark Bros, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for the Public Works sector.

You will oversee a project from award through close-out, coordinating client and subcontractor relations, and managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires 5+ years in construction PM with Water/Wastewater experience, excellent planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Water/Wastewater project experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction operations and production tracking.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and QA/QC practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook; Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client and subcontractor contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and vendor orders.
• Lead client meetings and communicate progress on-site.
• Organize internal meetings to review performance metrics and costs.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs.
• Schedule delivery of major materials and equipment.
• Supervise crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain project records; update schedules and performance reports.
• Support safety programs and manage project closeout activities.
