Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Public Works team. You will oversee projects from award through close-out, coordinating client and subcontractor relationships and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to project sites. The role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000–$180,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Water/Wastewater projects in construction.
• Experience with cost tracking, scheduling, QA/QC.
• Strong written and verbal communication; negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts.
• Negotiate client contracts and vendor purchase orders.
• Lead client meetings to communicate progress.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, submittals, change orders, logs.
• Oversee delivery of major job materials and equipment.
• Supervise crews and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain project records and update schedules.
