Job summary

Tetra Tech in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects. You will manage budgets and schedules, act as the primary client contact, and ensure quality from design through construction.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida PE license, a civil/environmental EN degree, and 6+ years of relevant experience, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and win proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• PE license in Florida is required.
• 6+ years of progressive water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience presenting technically and commercially to clients.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater projects.
• Serve as primary contact for municipal clients and manage budgets/schedules.
• Prepare proposals and mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Coordinate with regional managers and staff for client development.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across project deliverables.
