This leadership role focuses on strategic planning, team development, and collaboration to advance service offerings and project delivery. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in design, management, and business development, with 6+ years in water/wastewater, and Nevada PE eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in design, management, and business development.
• At least 6 years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Nevada PE license or eligible within 6 months.
• Strong PM and team leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement growth plans.
• Lead service proposals and drive project approach innovation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets and schedules.
• Develop BD activities and build client relationships.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and project reports.
• Mentor and train staff.
• Represent clients in meetings with agencies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage profitable delivery.
