Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada, seeks an ambitious Project Manager to lead water and wastewater design projects within our established team. The role combines technical oversight with marketing, client contact and growth of the design group.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of water/wastewater design and PM experience, a BS in Civil Engineering, and Nevada PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within six months. Travel to project sites and other offices is required.

Qualifications

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff on projects.
• Develop project work plans and budgets with resource allocation.
• Review business metrics like utilization, backlog, and AR.
• Prepare schedules for multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex water/wastewater design projects and coordinate teams.
• Develop milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Participate in contract bidding and client communication.
• Grow and mentor staff, build client and partner relationships.
• Lead business development activities and proposal work.

Formation

BS in Civil Engineering

Nevada PE license (or able to obtain within 6 months)

8+ years of water/wastewater design experience
