Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Project Manager for its water/wastewater team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on leading design and delivery of projects, client coordination, and business development within a dynamic, experienced group.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in water/wastewater design and project management, with a PE license in AZ or ability to obtain it within six months. Travel to multiple sites and offices is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; PE in AZ or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive water/wastewater design and project management experience.
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff assigned to projects.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections; allocate resources.
• Review business metrics: utilization, backlog, WIP, AR; track milestones.
• Prepare schedules for multiple concurrent projects; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead business development activities; write proposals and assist with interviews.
• Represent clients and firm in meetings with governmental agencies; negotiate terms.
