Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join the water/wastewater team in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on design leadership, client contact, and growth of the design team. 8+ years of water/wastewater PM experience is required.

Candidate will manage project delivery, budgets, and QA/QC while leading business development efforts and collaborating with clients and government agencies.

Competenze

• BS in Civil Engineering and Nevada PE eligibility within 6 months.
• 8+ years of water/wastewater design and project management experience.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

Mansioni

• Manage the design and delivery of water/wastewater projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee technical aspects of various projects and coordinate with the team.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff assigned to projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Review business metrics such as utilization, backlog, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare schedules for multiple concurrent projects and track milestones.
• Lead and participate in contract bidding, and provide field observations as needed.
• Write proposals and participate in interviews; grow the staff and mentor teammates.
• Build relationships with clients and strategic partners; lead business development activities.
