Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical leadership and direction to project teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and/or wastewater projects for municipal clients.
• Lead scoping activities and client proposals.
• Make technical, cost, and scheduling decisions per quality standards.
• Mentor staff for professional growth and development.
